Natalie Gregersen, L. Ac.
Licensed Acupuncturist & Alexander Technique teacher
Natalie graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in 2012 with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Her approach is to compassionately engage with her patients by listening deeply to their health concerns and what’s going on in their daily lives. She practices a gentle style of acupuncture, where patient comfort is prioritized, and treatments often include acupuncture, essential oils, East Asian bodywork, moxibustion, and cupping. She also works with Chinese herbal medicine which can treat both acute and chronic conditions.
Additionally, she completed a 1600 hour Alexander Technique teacher training program and is certified to teach the Alexander Technique. In a nutshell, the Alexander Technique is a unique hands-on practice where students learn improved impulse control, how to regulate/recognize muscular patterns associated with tension and stress, and builds an increased awareness around habitual, automatic responses and behaviors.
Natalie’s deep love for the wilderness is reflected in her Chinese Medicine training which views humans as inseparable from the natural world. As an outdoor enthusiast, on her downtime, she’s often traveling and engaged in a variety of outdoor activities. She’s also equally content relaxing at home with her kitty, Jack, cooking, and reading.
